SUADIYE URBAN REGENERATION PROJECT

The project summary

Located in Suadiye, Istanbul, the urban transformation project carried out with the employer, Al İpek İnşaat. While the CDM Projects team fulfilled the employer’s expectations for residential design, they prioritized the design principles required for being in one of Istanbul’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The project, with a floor area ratio of 2316 m², was completed with the design of the apartment and circulation areas, followed by a high-quality facade design and landscaping.

Within the scope of this project, CDM Projects has developed design proposals and projects in the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, structural engineering and facade design. The project successfully meets the employer’s expectations, offers a functional apartment layout for residents, and adds value to the urban area in which it is located.
