MERDİVENKÖY URBAN REGENERATION PROJECT

The project summary

Located in Merdivenköy, Istanbul, the urban transformation project carried out with the employer, Al İpek İnşaat. The CDM Projects team has fulfilled the client's expectations for residential design while also considering the relationship of the housing area with its surroundings and modern design principles. The project, with a floor area ratio of 2357 m², was completed with the design of the apartment and circulation areas, followed by a high-quality facade design and landscaping.

Within the scope of this project, CDM Projects has developed design proposals and projects in the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, structural engineering and facade design. The project successfully meets the employer’s expectations, offers a functional apartment layout for residents, and adds value to the urban area in which it is located.
