MARINORA – MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING PROJECT

The project summary

Marinora is a mix-use project situated on a 77,500 m² site in the heart of Antalya. Based on environmental analyses, it integrates residential, hotel, commercial, and socio-cultural functions. The project is planned with an approach that seamlessly connects to the city's main axes while featuring a central green public square. Additionally, at the front façade, a low-rise socio-cultural space has been contributed to the urban environment. By offering contemporary architecture, green spaces, and cultural-artistic activities, the project aims to become a gathering hub and add value to the city.

The project consists of four residential towers rising on a podium, a hotel building, an office tower above a shopping mall, parking levels, sports facilities, and a socio-cultural structure. With a ground coverage of less than 40%, it prioritizes creating a dynamic and green public square for the city.
