The project summary
The One Bodrum Project, which is being carried out under the ownership of Birleşik Real Estate Development and Construction Inc., is located in Yalıkavak, Bodrum. The project consists of 400 independent sections with top quality productions and details to be completed in 5 phases. Phase 1 started in August 2021, and CDM Projects is currently conducting Phase 2A design services.
The 25-decare housing project, known as Phase 2A, consists of 22 parcels and common spaces. The parcels involve 17 villas of 5 distinct types and 5 residences of 3 distinct types. CDM’s scope of services under Phase 2A is listed below:
- Architectural implementation detail projects of the parcels
- All Structural projects on site (including all the buildings and the retaining walls)
- All Electrical projects on site
- All Mechanical projects on site
- All Infrastructural projects on site
- All Landscape projects on site
- Excavation and filling projects, excavation and filling volume calculations, quantity survey information for all sites and parcels
- Control and implementation projects of Transportation roads planned throughout the site
- Site supervision
The CDM design team is closely working with the Client and performing excellent coordination between all disciplines.
